"I decided to write this blog as a record of our time in working with Ação Harmonia Brazil - for our interested aikido friends and to give any potential new volunteers an idea of what to expect. Personally, as someone new to São Paulo, I had little idea of what was in store for us. My understanding of Brazilian culture and the Ação Harmonia project is slowly growing and I hope I can, bit by bit, paint a picture of what is going on over here."
